Measuring for Costumes

5 Feb 2020 by Karla Koch

We are measuring for Costumes over the next 5 days during class time – starting tomorrow (Thursday 2/6) .

Please make sure your dancer is in class this week. If they are not, please make a point to stop in the studio sometime to get measured.

All costumes must be paid in full by 2/15.
Cash or Check only.
We always ask for a 50% deposit by November 1st. If you failed to pay at that point your bill might be higher than you anticipated, unfortunately if your not paid in full by the 15th, we will not be ordering your costume this go around.
… The next deadline is 3/14 with a $10 per costume added fee for shipping and handling with no guarantee that the costume will still be in stock or available to ship on our ship date.
…. on 3/15 or after the shipping and handling fee goes up to $20 per costume, again with no guarantees.

I need to measure your child personally. I know how the costumes run and what they are looking for. If another staff member or yourself measures your child, I will not guarantee fit.
You must sign off on the size we are ordering for your dancer. The costume company provides us a chart for sizing that we will go over with you.

Again, you need to stop in and make sure this is complete PRIOR to 2/15.
– We need a completed costume order form turned in. They were in your registration packet with all the registration information: salmon colored. Some of you turned them in with your registration, Jennifer LeRoy Huber has the book with all that are turned in, she can confirm. We have additional forms in the office.
– You need to have your recital participation form turned in and the fees paid. At this point the recital fee is discounted at $60, on 3/2 it is full price $65. This needs to be paid in cash or check please.

Thank you for helping make your dancers spring performance a success!! <3
